I have been working in healthcare since 2008, gaining extensive experience across various settings, including fitness centers, research environments, and collaborative treatment planning alongside Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, and Acupuncturists. Through this diverse background, I have developed a deep understanding of human movement, as well as the limitations caused by pain and injury.

My passion for studying the human body drives my confidence in providing effective treatment. I take a client-centered approach, carefully listening to individual needs and applying my expertise to develop intuitive, personalized treatment plans. Each plan is tailored with a thorough assessment of the client’s condition and goals, ensuring a comprehensive and effective path to recovery.
